Fayetteville, Arkansas (home to the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville). |

Will G. Louden™ (willglouden.com™),
is the 35-year old founder, President & CEO of VGIS, Inc. He is a graduate of the Sam
M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. |

The original product of VGIS was the Fayetteville hotspots coupon book. Arhotspots.com was
later phased out and transition to nwahotspots.com™, an Internet system the firm
continues to operate to this date. After twelve years of successful operation and business
modeling the nwaliving.com™ Internet system is once again in transition to the
firm’s all new, developing and soon live: LoudenLiving.com™, Next Generation
national community living and lifestyle system(s). |

Northwest Arkansas Living Guide™ (magazine/publication) premiered in 1999 featuring
area apartments, dining destinations, churches, civic organizations, utility information
and much more about getting plugged into the general Northwest Arkansas community. |

In December 2006, Northwest Arkansas Living Television™ and Northwest Arkansas Living
Radio™ premiered throughout Arkansas, on select NBC and FOX affiliated stations, and
an ABC News Talk Radio station. |

The premier television show launched throughout the Northwest Arkansas region, December
6th, 2006 on an NBC affiliated station and featured a forty-year history (snapshot) of
Wal*Mart as well as two of its very dynamic executives. The Radio show premiered
throughout the Northwest Arkansas region on an ABC News affiliated radio station on
December 11th, 2006. |

In April of 2007, VGIS launched a new, unique and powerful (beta) searchable “Complex
Id” system. This online search system is located at IDXX.NET™ and controls data
published at LoudenLiving.com™. The system allows real estate property managers and
general system users the ability to instantly pull up more information about apartments,
rental homes, land, and even commercial real estate by just typing in the unique complex
id number found in the printed version(s). |

July 2008, LoudenLiving.com™ Television premiered throughout the Northwest Arkansas
region on MyNetwork-TV (Equity Broadcasting stations), and featured a brief 10-year
history of VGIS and an exclusive Studio City, California taped interview with then
President of the FOX Television Network, Mr. Ed Wilson. |

VGIS has consistently ranked high in several of the business segments where it has
operated over the years. The living and lifestyle promotions model used by VGIS has
allowed the firm to capture significant market share throughout the Northwest Arkansas
area for well over seven years. Management intends to further deploy this “special
sauce” across many other domestic (and International) markets. |
